Shipping policy

We offer global shipping with competitive rates. 

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and destination of your order. The charge for your shipping will be calculated at the checkout once you have completed your shipping address.

We ship our orders with trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, UPS, Hermes & DHL and we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days of purchase.

Brexit, VAT & Customs Duties

Please note, that because of the new laws in the UK that came into force on January 1st 2021, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country. 

We will deliver your item with Royal Mail or another international courier. If there are charges to pay, your local courier will contact you when delivering the goods. 

MES Posters is not responsible for any customs or VAT charges and these must be covered by the customer. Any lost parcels as a result of unpaid customs fees are not the responsibility of MES and are that of the customer. The customs authorities in the destination country determine if charges are due on imported goods. MES cannot advise on what these may be. Please contact the embassy or customs authority in your country of residence for help.
